By downloading or using Cat Meow AI (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
2. What the app is
Cat Meow AI is an entertainment app. Its translations, mood scans, and "cat thoughts" are generated by AI for fun and are not accurate scientific, behavioral, veterinary, or medical assessments. Never rely on the app for your cat's health — consult a qualified veterinarian for that.
3. Your account & conduct
You're responsible for activity under your account and for the content you submit. Only upload photos and audio you have the right to use. Don't misuse the app, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
4. Free & Premium
The app offers free daily usage and an optional Premium subscription for unlimited use. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings.
5. Intellectual property
You keep the rights to the photos and audio you submit. You grant us the limited right to process that content to generate your result. The app itself, its design, and its branding belong to us.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
